Gabrielle grew up in the suburbs of Philadelphia and attended University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill for her undergraduate degree. She then attended Penn State University for her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Nursing. Upon graduating, Gabrielle worked as a registered nurse in the hospital, but later she found her true calling in aesthetics. It was Gabrielle’s own challenges with melasma and her own skin health journey that fueled her passion for aesthetic medicine and medical grade skincare.

Gabrielle loves connecting with patients and being part of the Skin Clinic’s collaborative and growing environment. Her services include neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulatory injectables and customized ZO Skin Health regimens. In her time outside of work, Gab loves to learn and is an avid reader. She has trained with world-renowned industry leaders such as Dr. Arthur Swift, Professor & Anatomist Sebastian Cotofana, and Dr. Zein Obagi. She prides herself in her conservative yet impactful approach to help patients feel refreshed and balanced.

Kelsey is originally from Pennsylvania, where she attended Penn State University, majoring in the health sciences. She pursued further education at West Chester University, completing an accelerated Bachelor of Science in Nursing. Her nursing career began in critical care, where she advanced her skills for nearly three years before transitioning to the field of aesthetics.

Kelsey enjoys building relationships with patients and tailoring comprehensive treatment plans to address their skin concerns. Her focus extends from Botox and Microneedling with PRP to cutting-edge laser technologies, such as BroadBand Light (BBL) and Moxi. As a ZO Skin Health specialist, Kelsey creates individualized skincare regimens that enhance treatment outcomes.

Kelsey’s dedication to personalized care and helping patients achieve optimal results shines through in every aspect of her work. In her free time, Kelsey enjoys traveling, spending time with family + friends, and trying new Philly restaurants.

Sydney Felt is a Licensed Aesthetician and a lover of all things skin and beauty. Sydney grew up in Wilmington, Delaware and always had a passion for making others feel beautiful! While attending The Academy of Massage and Body Work for her aesthetician license, she found her love for skin health.

Now as a ZO expert, DermaplanePro expert, and a laser specialist, she concentrates on customizing ZO skin health regimens, medical facials, Hydrafacials, chemical peels, lasers, and microneedling. In addition to her skincare experience, Sydney also has experience with makeup and eyebrow design! She is passionate about learning and furthering her career in aesthetics in hopes of helping everyone she can feel their best in their own skin!

Cierra Boyle is a certified dermatology technician and ZO Skin Health Expert. She has served as Emily’s medical assistant since 2020 and now is the right hand for all of our injectors!

Cierra has developed a deep understanding and passion for patient care and customized ZO Skin Health regimens. With her eight years of dermatology experience, Cierra is an invaluable team member and care provider.

You’ll either find Cierra greeting you and taking your photos, in the treatment room with you to make you as comfortable as possible, or in the clinic lab to prep everything that’s needed for your injectable appointment

Denise joined the ERSC Team in September 2022 as Patient Concierge. Having been a valued patient herself at the Emily Rockwell Skin Clinic and a dedicated ZO Skin Health devotee, Denise intimately understands the unparalleled level of service that we deliver.

Her personal journey ignited a profound passion for skincare, which shines through when interacting with patients. Denise continues to convey our commitment to enhancing natural beauty and is an integral part of ensuring seamless communication between our patients and providers.

Shannon joined the team in June 2022 as Patient Concierge. Serving in the medical field for the past ten years, Shannon has a deep passion for assisting and meeting the needs of others. She is inspired by the challenge of setting the tone for a unique and pleasant experience.

Shannon developed an interest in aesthetics early this year. Seeing the importance of developing self-confidence and an inner glow has been both relatable and intriguing to Shannon. She's inspired by seeing the results our patients achieve with a tailored, medical-grade skincare regimen. Shannon has loved learning about the ZO Skin Health line and its benefits while working alongside our dedicated team.

Nicole joined the team in January 2024 as the Social Media + Marketing Manager for Emily Rockwell and the Emily Rockwell Skin Clinic. Nicole grew up in West Chester, PA and attended Temple University in Philadelphia, PA for her Bachelor of Business Administration degree in International Marketing.

She was previously working at a public relations agency in New York City where she refined her skills in client relations and understanding how to communicate to a wide audience. Nicole has prior digital marketing experience working alongside small business founders in the fashion + beauty space to create effective content and campaigns to bring a brand's vision to life, as well as drive and grow business through creative strategies. 

Nicole is usually behind the scenes at the clinic, however, if you say yes...you'll find her in the treatment room with you to film and capture your beauty!
